Financing
Dr. Seth Brand noticed that many cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons do not offer adequate financing options. Dr. Brand cares about his clients and offers personalized payment options for all Better World MedSpa patients. Though cosmetic procedures offered by Dr. Brand and his team are often considered self-pay, functional problems may be covered by certain insurance carriers.
BetterWorld delivers real results and emotional transformations that are unlike anything else. We offer several financing options to help even more people show off their confident side.
Cosmetic Consult:
There is an initial consultation fee of $100, which will be applied to any surgical procedures scheduled or purchased products. This fee may be waived for injectable treatments or certain circumstances at the discretion of Dr. Brand.
Due to limited capacity, we are forced to charge full price for any no-show appointments or last-minute cancellations. We appreciate rescheduling to be performed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
This physician consultation is a medical appointment that lasts up to one hour. During this first visit, you and Dr. Brand will discuss your medical history, explore your options, visit your concerns, establish expectations, and develop a personalized treatment plan. You will be given a personalized cost estimate for the anticipated treatment plan on the day of your initial consult.
Office-Based Procedures:
Treatment fees for injectables and all in-office procedures are due on the day of service.
Laser Procedures:
If you are unable to keep a laser reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will be happy to reschedule your laser session at no cost to you.
If you reschedule your surgical procedure less than 24 hours before the actual appointment, we will still gladly reschedule your procedure. However, we require that 50% of the appointment fee be paid at the time of the new booking to compensate our staff for the time that was reserved. This partial payment will be non-refundable without exception.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), pre-paid medical account (or FSA) cards, ePayments, and financing plans (such as CareCredit®). We are not able to accept personal checks, cash, or delayedcredit card processing.
